Do what makes you happy, do what feels right, do it for yourself and do it now!

Ever since I was little, I have been taught that everything that is in excess is bad, as it will gradually lead to addiction. Most certainly, it depends from person to person, how their body is able to cope with what comes in abundance, but personally, I think that balance in life is essential; it simply makes you enjoy the simple things in life, with no feelings of guilt or regret for having exceeded the limit; it makes you happier and mentally healthier.

But what is limit actually? What is your limit?

As soon as you consciously come to realize that what you are doing is not good for your well-being, but you are still doing it because " we have only one life anyway, so why not" , then it is a clear sign that you should stop; when your inner voice is trying to reach you, but you voluntarily choose to ignore it, you are not on the right track.

Limit is when you have the power to stop, the ability to "taste the darkness" for a short period of time, after which your angelic side comes to light, as it is supposed to be... the force that we may or not choose to make use of, depending on our relationship with ourselves and the extent to which we love ourselves; do what is best for you!

If you know what defines you, if you know you have control over things that appear to be tempting, if you are the kind of person who enjoys life to the fullest while indulging yourself in healthy habits, if you are self-confident and know your principles in life, then I would also be in favor of pampering oneself with things, most often than not in terms of food, that are not entirely healthy... provided that one has control and knows something is in excess, therefore will stop and go back to his/her healthy habits.

Even though we have one life and we all are going to die one day, that does not mean neglecting our lives by giving bad stuff to our body; we need to respect ourselves, be loyal to our body and lastly, love ourselves for who we are... endlessly!
